Demonstrating the AI-driven telecom at Mobile World Congress

Google Cloud will showcase AI-driven solutions for telecoms at Mobile World Congress 2025. The demos highlight AI's impact on customer experience, employee productivity, field operations, and network operations. Data security and cloud migrations are also key themes. Collaborations with major telecom companies and partners like Amdocs, Ericsson, and Nokia are featured. Twelve demonstrations will showcase AI agent creation, improved employee productivity via Agentspace, and enhanced customer experience with Amdocs' amAIZ. The demos will also cover AI app development using Google tools, secure user identity with Firebase and OGI, and AI-powered network solutions from Ericsson and Nokia. Cybersecurity enhancements using Google Threat Intelligence and Gemini are also presented. A gamified load balancing challenge and a Formula E simulator powered by Google Cloud AI will be available for attendees. The event aims to demonstrate how cloud-native networks can be monetized and emphasizes the power of Open Gateway Initiative APIs.
