Deploy and manage Shifts to your Frontline teams in Teams Admin Center

Previously, frontline managers managed Shifts settings, leading to inconsistencies across locations. Now, IT admins can standardize Shifts settings, time-off reasons, and schedule groups across all frontline teams through the Teams Admin Center. This standardization ensures that frontline managers can immediately create schedules without setup and that IT admins can centrally control Shifts capabilities, preventing override by frontline managers. The new entry point in the Teams Admin Center, "Manage frontline experiences," allows admins to deploy preconfigured Shifts settings and schedule groups. Frontline managers lose the ability to edit these settings, resulting in a seamless experience for all frontline workers. This centralized management streamlines Shifts implementation and enhances productivity by eliminating manual updates and discrepancies.
