Hello everyone,
I am planning my wedding for 100 guests and trying to stay within my budget. I have thought of some food that I can make days or even months in advance and freeze. I would like to know if it is practical to do so.
Here are a few dishes I have in mind: - Thai curry - Stewed meat like Jamaican oxtail, curried goat - Lasagna - Stewed pork belly for pork belly buns.
I understand that these dishes do not have a specific theme, but they are my favorite foods.
I have a few questions for you all: 1. Will the taste change if I make some of these a month in advance to freeze and reheat? 2. What other dishes can I make in advance?
