Doctors Without Borders pulling out of key Gaza hospital after sighting gunmen

After 20 months of activity in the Gaza Strip, Doctors Without Borders says it's scaling down operations at Nasser Medical Complex after staff reported seeing armed gunmen in the courtyard of the hospital.
