On 18 September 2025, Science published the Research Article "Kinetic organization of the genome revealed by ultraresolution multiscale live imaging" by J. Lee et al. (1). The editors and authors have been made aware of potential discrepancies between the data and code provided by the authors after publication and the analyses and results reported in the paper. We are alerting readers to these concerns—with the authors' agreement—while we work together to determine an appropriate course of action.
