Eufy unveiled the MarsWalker at IFA, a device designed to carry robot vacuums up and down stairs. The MarsWalker automatically identifies various stair types and securely transports compatible Eufy vacuums. It features a track-drive system and adaptive arms to prevent slips and falls. The MarsWalker aims to enable whole-home cleaning with a single robot vacuum, eliminating the need for multiple units. However, pricing is yet to be revealed, and compatibility is currently limited to select Eufy models. A potential drawback is that the cost might outweigh purchasing separate vacuums for multi-story homes. Simultaneously, Eufy announced the Omni S2 robot vacuum, priced at $1600 and launching in January. The Omni S2 integrates with the MarsWalker and includes features like aromatherapy and adaptive wheels. The MarsWalker's release is slated for the first half of 2026.
