FET proteins and PARylation-de... Note

FET proteins and PARylation-dependent condensates promote replication fork reversal and genome stability

FUS, EWSR1 and TAF15 function in a variety of cellular processes by forming biomolecular condensates. Here the authors reveal that these proteins respond to replication stress to promote fork reversal, maintain genome stability, and support the viability of BRCA1-deficient cancer cells.
