Final Fantasy games are coming to Apple Arcade

Apple Arcade is set to receive a new batch of games, with the highlight being the addition of Square Enix's Final Fantasy series. The 3D remake of Final Fantasy IV and its direct sequel The After Years will launch on December 9th. The original Final Fantasy and Trials of Mana will be available on January 9th. In total, 15 new titles will be added to Apple Arcade in the coming weeks. Other notable games include Skate City: New York, Pac-Man 256, Little Cities: Diorama, and Gears & Goo. The addition of Final Fantasy is a welcome boost to Apple Arcade, which has experienced a relatively quiet period of late. The new releases coincide with the expansion of Fantasian, a big RPG on Arcade, to consoles and PC on December 5th. Fantasian is created by Hironobu Sakaguchi, the creator of the Final Fantasy series. The new games will provide Apple Arcade subscribers with a range of new content to enjoy. The upcoming releases are expected to revitalize interest in the subscription service.
