In the multicenter phase 2 OptiTROP-Lung01 trial in patients with treatment-naive advanced non-small-cell lung cancers, the antibody–drug conjugate sacituzumab tirumotecan with anti-PD-L1 tagitanlimab was safe and showed encouraging clinical efficacy.
