Frozen Passata

I left several bottles of passata in the car for two days and they froze. I can feel the air lock on the bottle tops have broken (they’re “clicky”) but the sauce is still mostly frozen. If it were just one night, I’d thaw and cook it all in one go, but my fear is that these bottles froze, then thawed during the day, and then froze again. (In New York, where it’s been in the 20s or 30s during the day, and in the teens at night, but I don’t know what the daytime temp in the car got up to.) Should I toss it? Should I cook it? submitted by /u/omniumoptimus
