Generics Added to Eloquent Builder in Laravel 11.15

Laravel v11.15 includes improvements to the make:mail command, support for setting MIME types on attachments with Resend, and database migration updates, including SQLite support. Generics have been integrated into Eloquent Builder and Relations, providing enhanced auto-completion and intellisense. The Router class now allows for tappable functionality, simplifying route definition. The make:mail command now prompts users for the type of view to create. Support for SQLite has been extended, and foreign keys can be added, dropped, and preserved. Additionally, blueprint state for SQLite has been introduced. Finally, the release includes various bug fixes and docblock enhancements.
