Google Classroom is expanding to 7 additional languages

Google Classroom's web interface now supports Afrikaans, Assamese, Estonian, French Canadian, Icelandic, Kazakh, and Swahili. This expands on the recent mobile app language update. Not all features are available in all languages. Language settings are based on users' Google account preferences. Administrators and users can find more information in the Google Workspace Help Center. The rollout will take up to 15 days, starting April 15, 2025. This update applies to various Google Workspace editions. Education Fundamentals, Standard, Plus, and add-ons are included. Customers with Gemini Education add-ons also benefit from this change.
