Google Cloud and Oracle accelerate enterprise modernization with new offerings, regions, and capabilities

Google Cloud is expanding its Oracle Database offerings to help customers innovate faster. The expansion includes a preview of Oracle Base Database Service for running Oracle databases flexibly, and the general availability of Oracle Exadata X11M, the newest generation of Oracle Exadata on Google Cloud. Google Cloud is increasing its global infrastructure for Oracle, aiming for 20 locations, including new presence in several countries. This builds upon the existing Oracle Database@Google Cloud partnership which enables customers to modernize Oracle workloads using Google's data and AI tools. New features like fully managed Oracle Autonomous Database Serverless and cross-region disaster recovery enhance modernization options. Oracle Database@Google Cloud offers enterprise-grade networking upgrades and supports various Oracle applications and SAP. Google Cloud provides a seamless experience for Oracle customers with integrated user interfaces and robust support. Integration with Google Cloud Monitoring and Backup and DR provides unified monitoring and centralized backup management. These enhancements solidify Google Cloud as a top platform for mission-critical Oracle workloads.
