Google introduces Find Hub updates and more AI tools in the March Pixel Drop

Google is rolling out new features this spring for both Pixel devices and the wider Android ecosystem. Find Hub gains the ability to share real-time locations in Google Messages and assist in luggage tracking. Users retain full control, being able to turn off sharing at any time with Find Hub. Google has partnered with ten airlines to integrate Find Hub for lost luggage recovery, requiring a compatible tag. A new Calling Card feature arriving on Android lets users customize their profile in the Phone app. Google Play will introduce a "Play shorts" feed, featuring short-form videos to discover apps. The Pixel Drop update will enhance Circle to Search, improving its functionality for shopping and virtual try-ons. Magic Cue will receive new updates with enhanced restaurant recommendations via AI. Pixel smartphones will also gain AI-generated custom icons, offering personalized home screen appearances. Pixel watches will receive alerts if your phone is lost or left behind, and access to Express Pay. Finally, Pixel watches gain earthquake safety alerts, and Satellite SOS extends to more regions.
