Google's tool for virtually trying on clothes is now available in the US

Google has rolled out a new AI-powered feature that allows users to upload a full-body photo to virtually "try on" clothing found online. The feature is available to users in the US and can be accessed by tapping the "try on" icon on product listings on Google or Google Images. The feature uses an image generation model that takes into account how different materials fold, stretch, and drape across different human bodies. The model supports billions of clothing items from popular retailers across Google's Shopping Graph. Users can specify the color and size they want, as well as set a target price for the item, and receive alerts when the price drops. The feature also allows users to track prices and receive notifications when a product meets their desired price. Google plans to add more shopping features to its AI Mode later this year, including the ability to explore outfit and decor ideas and make purchases directly from the chatbot. The new features will be available in the fall. The AI-powered shopping feature aims to simplify online shopping and make it more personalized. Google's Shopping Graph has products and prices from across the web, allowing users to find the best deals. The feature is part of Google's efforts to enhance the online shopping experience and make it more convenient for users.
