Ham Question

I bought a Kentucky Legend Brown Sugar Ham and stuck it in the freezer. It's really two big for my two kids and I to eat in just a few meals. Cam I defrost it, cook it, and freeze it again? Or is that going to make us sick? Thank you for your help! submitted by /u/Jenmeme
