Help me make my ~healthy~ ""panna cotta"" a hit? Fruit toppings

Sorry if this isn't allowed, the rules are kind of vague so I figured I'd give it a shot. Made a greek yogurt and whole milk based vanilla "panna cotta". It's texturally good after some troubleshooting, not too sweet, and pretty bland aside from the vanilla. I have a mango, two apricots, and some over ripe strawberries. None of them except the mango would be particularly good as just a regular fruit topping, theyre all a little old. Anything I can do to spice them up and make them impressive?
