My husband is a very picky eater and he hates fish (along with most seafood). However, he's got high cholesterol and a family history of heart disease so I'm trying to come up with recipes that will help with that. I know I can cook chicken for him and he likes that, but I can't just do chicken for every single dinner, I think I'd go crazy.
I've heard that salmon is very good for heart health so I'd really like to make that more often, but I'd need to make it so my husband will eat it. I'd also like to avoid butter and anything that can increases LDL as those ingredients would be counterproductive.
My husband also LOVES green veggies so if anyone knows any recipes that will satisfy a picky eater, I'd love suggestions! submitted by /u/RoxieQuinn
