How to boot multiple operating systems on one usb drive?

Hi everyone, I have to reinstall OS regularly for my company PCs and laptops. The problem is that I have to keep a different bootable USB drives for different operating system. I want to know the best way to boot multiple operating systems from a single USB drive. The goal is to keep several bootable os images on one USB, including Windows 11, Windows 10 and a couple of Linux distros so I don't need a separate drive for each system. I know this is possible, but not clear about which tools work well or how complex the setup is. If you have experience with this, please share which method you use, what tools you recommend, and what problems may appear during setup or boot.
