How to build an excellent chatbot

Why chatbots? Written language and speech are rapidly becoming the user interface of the future. We already see that voice assistants (like Alexa or Siri) or textual chatbots are influencing the technology and the way we’re using it. In this article, we share our learnings (including challenges) of building a chatbot in a short period of time. We also share some ground rules for chatbot building and give insights into important aspects that should always be considered in the building process.
