How to choose the best audio converter for Windows 11?

Recently, I bought a new Windows 11 laptop. But now, I'm running into a bit of a software dilemma. I have a pretty mixed bag of a music library; Most of them are mp3 files and the rest are random wav files. I'm looking for the best audio converter that plays nicely with Windows 11.
