How to get crispy chicken skin?
So I'm going to be cooking boneless chicken thighs with their skin on for meal prepping. The last time i did it in the oven as it was the most time efficient however, the skin turned out somewhat gelatinous? (idk) I want to try to get a nice crispy texture on the skin, but I do not want to pan sear every single chicken thigh as i think it will take too long.
