Hyundai’s electrified N Vision 74 is headed for production someday soon

Hyundai's N Vision 74 Concept, unveiled two years ago, is a high-performance electric vehicle that represents the company's vision for electrification. It was mentioned in Hyundai's plan to launch 21 fully electric models by 2030 during the 2024 CEO Investor Day presentation. The plan includes a range of vehicles, such as affordable EVs, luxury EVs from Genesis, and high-performance models. The N Vision 74 draws inspiration from the 1974 Pony Coupe concept and the virtual supercar, the Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo. The concept featured a hybrid hydrogen fuel cell system, but it's unclear if the real car will retain this feature. Hyundai's presentation also discussed plans for extended-range electric vehicles (EREVs) that use a gas engine to recharge the battery pack, offering various powertrain options. The company's goal is to provide a range of options, including ICE, hybrids, plug-in hybrids, EVs, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
