Hi, I’m not much of a cook but I have made salmon in my airfryer several times and it always comes out really good.
Today, however, I think it may have been undercooked a little bit. It was flaky but I noticed it was a little softer than usual. By the time I noticed, I was already halfway through eating it and I just finished it. fml
Anyways, now my tummy is feeling weird. Not necessarily nauseous but just a weird feeling. Maybe I’m just psyching myself out. Someone told me if it’s farm raised, it’s less of a risk for food borne illness and it might be okay if it wasn’t all the way cooked through, but I don’t know how true that is.
I had plans to go out tonight. What do you guys think? Should I roll the dice and just hope I don’t get sick? Also sorry if this wasn’t a good place to post this but thank you to anyone who’s reading. submitted by /u/marsb0ng
