Google Chat is introducing an integration with HubSpot, an AI-powered customer platform, to enable users to see notifications and updates from HubSpot directly in Chat. This integration allows users to receive HubSpot notifications in Chat for new leads, deal status updates, or changes in contact records. It also improves customer response times by connecting the HubSpot inbox to spaces in Chat. Users can collaborate more efficiently on support tickets and expedite ticket resolution by connecting their help desk workspace to Chat spaces. Custom notifications can be configured and sent to specific users and Chat spaces through HubSpot workflows. Additionally, users can summarize HubSpot records using Breeze Copilot directly from the notifications in Chat. This update is available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual Subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts. Admins can enable the HubSpot app for all users in a domain by domain-installing the app from the Google Workspace Marketplace. End users will need a HubSpot account to use this app and can search for it using the plus button menu next to the Chat compose box. The integration is available now for Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains.
