Apple's iOS 27 Release Candidate introduces a highly anticipated camera customization feature. Previously rumored, users can now personalize the Camera app's interface. This update allows for the addition or removal of various controls displayed at the top of the camera screen. To access this feature, users tap the six-circle icon and then the "Edit" button. A new tray appears, offering a selection of controls to add or remove. Available options include Flash, Live Photo, Aspect Ratio, Timer, Exposure, Styles, Filters, Depth Control, Night Mode, Center Stage, File Format, and Shared Library. A "Rest to Essentials" option allows users to revert to the default settings. This customization was expected to be reserved for new iPhone models but is now available to all compatible devices. The official public release of iOS 27 is scheduled for September 14.
