Is there any way to permanently block the Windows 11 upgrade nags on Windows 10?

I'm staying on Windows 10 because my older PC runs it perfectly fine and I have no interest in upgrading right now. But Microsoft has been relentless with full-screen "Upgrade to Windows 11" prompts that hijack my screen while I'm working. It's not just a notification anymore—it takes over the display and forces me to click "Remind me later" multiple times just to get back to what I was doing. I've already tried disabling notifications and using registry tweaks to block the update, but it always comes back after some random cumulative update. Is there a permanent way to kill these prompts for good, or do I just have to put up with it until end of support? Any advice would be appreciated.
