Is this something I should be worried about, or is it just how refurbished machines sometimes arrive? I got this screen on the very first boot, and I'm not even sure which version of Windows is installed—the listing said Windows 11, but this looks more like Windows 10 to me. I knew it was refurbished, so I wasn't expecting a brand-new machine, but I also wasn't expecting this. What should I do at this point—try to get into the system, or send it back?
