I am of the opinion that freshwater trout taken from a stream or river where surf does not exist is considered turf. So if we pair an ocean fish with a freshwater fish that was taken from an area where surf does not exist (lakes excluded) is it considered surf and turf in the same way that steak and lobster would be considered surf and turf? Freshwater fish after all are not seafood in any sense of the term submitted by /u/PasztyKnives
