ISO Holy Grail Pistachio Cake Recipe

My favorite cafe occasionally has a pistachio chocolate olive oil cake, that’s so good I stash it in the freezer and ration it until I can replenish. I’m really interested in recreating it, but my attempts so far have fallen short. Does anyone have a holy grain pistachio (+ olive oil + chocolate?) Bundt they think could be it? Pic from their yelp for reference (not my pic): https://imgur.com/a/5jc7UgP I tried white cake mix + pudding mix, and that was too light and fluffy. This cake has some heft to it - not light per se. While I’m almost certain it has pistachio pudding as a secret ingredient, but they’re a legit, from scratch type place and I doubt they’d be serving box mix too? Then I tried some pistachio pudding mix in a plain olive cake, but the crumb was too tight and it wasn’t nearly moist enough. This cake I’m seeking is very squidgy and moist. submitted by /u/garmonbozia3
