In phase 1b/2 trial, the treatment of patients with metastatic KRASG12D-mutant pancreatic cancer, the intravenously delivered KRAS-G12D inhibitor HRS-4642 plus nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine led to encouraging clinical response rates that support investigation in larger trials.
