Kremlin: No 'Negotiations With Terrorists' - We'll Retaliate At 'A Time Of Our Choosing'

Russia's President Putin is preparing to retaliate against Ukraine for recent drone and "terror attacks", including the targeting of trains and civilians with explosives.
