Lilly reports fourth-quarter 2025 financial results and provides 2026 guidance

Revenue in Q4 2025 increased 43% to $19.3 billion driven by volume growth from Mounjaro and Zepbound. Q4 2025 EPS increased by 51% to $7.39 on a reported basis and increased by 42% to $7.54 on a non-GAAP basis, both inclusive of $0.52 of acquired IPR&D charges.
