ChromeOS is rolling out LTC version 150.0.7871.253 (Platform Version: 16700.63.0) to most devices in the LTC channel. This update includes several critical security fixes addressing high-severity vulnerabilities like 'use after free' and 'incorrect authorization' in various components. Devices on the LTC channel will automatically update to this version. The LTS channel will remain on version LTS-144 until October 6, 2026.
