A new ChromeOS Long-Term Commitment (LTC) version, 138.0.7204.262, is being released for most ChromeOS devices, updating those on the LTC channel. The Long-Term Support (LTS) channel will continue to use LTS-132 until October 14th, 2025. This new LTC release incorporates important security patches, including a medium-severity fix for an inappropriate implementation in the File Picker.
