lost image message desktop music in quick list

I cleaned my image and E files   I had way too many photos I made a folder in download I called it IMPORTANT FOLDER   and I don't know what happened this folder took the place of image desktop music and download in the quick list they all have the same target (except video and E) onedrive///ondrive///IMPORTANT FOLDER in ONE DRIVE when I put an emoticon on the desktop I find it in the 4 important folders when I try to put music it goes on the desktop and in the other 3 folders of course I made property I looked for the target try to move the files but it doesn't work there is always writing """"a folder is installed """and you cannot take it out you cannot move IMPORTANT FOLDER   I also cut and paste elsewhere,,, it works well but the 4 important files don't want to go away I no longer have to download it, I have to put "" video instead and it saves my photos or something else I have windows 8.1 firefox mozilla I'm 71 years old, I'm struggling to death, I can't see well anymore, I had gangrene for 8 months and I'm deaf in one ear, I really need my computer because with the hospital we communicate often if you can help me and please write to me with not too many computer words please help me
