Apple is set to start production on M4 versions of the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models ahead of an early 2025 launch. The new models will not have any design changes and will focus on the M4 chip. Apple aims to bring the M4 chip to its entire Mac lineup, with the first Macs featuring M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max chips to be introduced next week. These initial Macs will include new Mac mini, MacBook Pro, and iMac models. The MacBook Air models are expected to launch between January and March 2025. Following the MacBook Air launch, Apple plans to refresh the Mac Studio between March and June 2025. An M4 Mac Pro is also in development but is not expected to be released until later in 2025. Alongside the MacBook Air launch, Apple will refresh the iPhone SE, iPad Air, and low-cost iPad, and introduce a new keyboard for the iPad Air. A new home hub device with a small, square screen is also set to debut in 2025. Apple's upcoming product launches will significantly update its Mac and iPad lineups.
