Mapping pesticide-induced metabolic alterations in human gut bacteria

Pesticide exposure induces significant alterations in gut bacterial metabolism. Here, the authors perform a multi-omics mapping of pesticide-gut microbiota-metabolite interactions, identifying pesticide-sensitive gut bacteria species and specific metabolic changes in 306 pesticide-gut microbiota pairs.
