Martha Stewart's Bone-in Puff Pastry Turkey Recipe?

Martha's Netflix doc had a flash of a Turkey covered in Puff pastry. I have a feeling Martha smoked her turkey in the backyard then finished it off in the oven with the puff pastry but, can't confirm (lol). There was an archive describing it as "she prepares an unusual turkey that is draped in decorative puff pastry and glazed with an eggs and cream mixture before being browned in the oven." But no recipe. I found a YouTube but it was just mocking the idea of wrapping a turkey in Puff pastry & no egg/cream mixture was used. I get it, different bake times/techniques for meat & puff pastry but if wellington exists it can't be impossible. Also found thousands of wellington recipes with boneless turkey but I'm looking to cover the whole bird, Bone-in. Please let me know if this is better for another sub! submitted by /u/PiinkStiink
