MGCI General Session AM - May 2026

The Microsoft Global Community Initiative (#MGCI) is hosting a general session on May 19th at 8:10 AM PT. Heather Cook will host the session, featuring updates on the MGCI program and subcommittees. The main topic will be a Community Spotlight on M365 Community Days DC 2026. Patrick McGown, a Microsoft MVP and Regional Leader, will be the guest speaker. He will share insights from planning and executing the M365 Community Days DC event. This two-day conference brought together Microsoft experts and professionals for workshops and discussions. Attendees will learn practical tips for organizing user groups and regional conferences. The session aims to encourage connection, learning, and lasting impact through community events.
