SPARK provides program management, technical expertise, and investments in AI and scientific computing. A dedicated Program Management Office will act as a central point for collaboration. An AI-for-Science Center of Excellence will help labs implement AI solutions. Microsoft is also offering substantial Azure cloud service credits for research. Additionally, they are investing in professional and technical services for the National Laboratories. SPARK furthers co-development of challenge problems through joint research and development. This partnership aims to achieve tangible scientific outcomes and maintain America's leadership in science.
