The M365 Community Conference, attended by over 3000 people, provided valuable insights from SMBs and partners. The Teams SMB product team gained feedback on the effectiveness of Teams and areas for improvement. Key discussions centered around Teams' capabilities for SMBs, including enhanced meeting experiences, customer engagement, shared workspaces, multiple account support, telephony features, device integration, Google Workspace integration, setup simplification, and M365 Copilot in Teams. The team is committed to supporting SMB growth and fostering continued dialogue.
