Microsoft Viva Glint is enhancing its employee feedback capabilities with new features and upcoming innovations. Recent additions include simplified sign-in for multitenant organizations through Entra authorization and custom data retention policies for administrators to manage survey data lifecycles. Report filters now offer a "Select All" toggle for faster analysis, and audit logs provide more visibility into user data uploads. A temporary pause on automatic user data deletion from Microsoft Entra in Viva Glint is extended until September 2026.Looking ahead, Viva Glint will launch Copilot-enhanced comment theme detection in July, expanding topic categories to include psychological safety and hybrid work. Report exports to PowerPoint, PDF, and PNG will also be enhanced, allowing easier sharing of heatmap reports. Global benchmarks will be refreshed to provide current external comparisons, and users will soon be able to use Copilot within surveys to refine their written feedback. Future developments include mapping workplace and Copilot metrics to survey questions for deeper insights and integrating with the Microsoft Organizational Data Ingestion System for unified data pipelines. An AI-powered Admin Assistant will offer contextual guidance for configuration tasks. Additional admin controls for user data handling will ensure more predictable and compliant data management. Finally, ongoing private previews include the Raw Data Export API for automated data access.
