Nothing is launching the Phone 3a series on March 4

Nothing is launching the Phone 3a Series on March 4, a year after the release of the Phone 2a, a budget version of the Phone 2 model. The Phone 3a is likely to be a budget device, priced similarly to the Phone 2a, which started at $349 at launch. Unlike other "a" models, there is no Phone 3 for which the 3a would serve as a budget alternative. According to Nothing co-founder Akis Evangelidis, the "a" Series is designed for users who prioritize a great user experience over the latest specs and innovations. The Phone 3a will focus on core user needs such as camera, screen, processor, and design. Interested users can sign up on the company's website to receive an alert when the Phone 3a is unveiled on March 4 at 5AM ET. The launch of the Phone 3a comes as Nothing has surpassed $1 billion in lifetime revenue since its founding in October 2020. Half of this revenue was earned in 2024 alone. Nothing's "a" Series is designed to cater to a different set of users who value a great user experience over cutting-edge technology. The company's focus on user needs is expected to be reflected in the design and features of the Phone 3a.
