I would like to make a Nutella spread that is nut free because I have a nut allergy so for most part, I have no idea what nuts taste like. My best guess is creating in substitute products is how a seed smells combined their nutritional profile.
What is the most similar seed in flavour (and possibly fat content and other qualities) that would best replicate a hazelnut?
Alternatively, which seeds best flavour match for various nuts if I were to substitute nuts with seeds generally?
