OSD - lab - 4 - toml configs

This week, the author was supposed to add TOML configs to someone else's code and have someone do the same for their open-source project. Uday made changes to the author's repo by creating an issue and making changes in his forked repo. The author learned how to work with forked repos on their local machine, which was a new skill. The author's code is currently messy because they're not using a CLI library, and they appreciate Uday's effort in onboarding to the repo and making changes. The author recognizes the need to clean up their codebase to make it more contributor-friendly. Meanwhile, the author worked on adding TOML changes to a code format advisor built on Python in someone else's repo. However, they faced difficulties running the project due to Python config problems on their new machine. Fixing these issues took more time than the actual development, but using the tomli library was easy and the code was clean to begin with. The author created a PR and issue for their changes in the other repo. Overall, the author learned new skills and appreciated the collaboration with Uday.
