We bought live mussels today and my husband went through, checked and cleaned them all, then put them in the fridge. Our fridge has been freezing some things lately, and when my husband just looked in the fridge, he noticed that the paper towel covering the mussels was frozen. He took them out, and some of them are open just a little bit. Will they still be okay to cook and eat tomorrow morning for brunch?
