PHP 8.4 Alpha 1 is now out!

PHP 8.4 is now available for testing as an Alpha release, with the official release scheduled for November 21, 2024. Testers are encouraged to download the source or install it directly via Laravel Herd. The PHP team requests thorough testing and reporting of any issues through the PHP bug tracking system. Alpha 2 is expected to be released on July 18, 2024.
