Pizza crust recipe like Dr Oetker's Casa Di Mia

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64UDtYmEBLA It's currently on sale locally for $3.50 (regular $5-6) and it's a very convenient and delicious meal. I've been eating it for the last few days but even discounted, it can get pricy for what you get. I'm wondering if there is a recipe for a quick crust like theirs that rises very subtlely but has a nice thin crispy centre. My attempts have always been dense and very unsavoury, crust wise. According to their website, it's 410g. I find the size perfect. Doesn't make me too full or filled with regrets after eating. I know crust recipe are dime a dozen but what's typically the water/flour ratio, i.e hydration percentage to achieve something like this? submitted by /u/Negative_Avocado4573
