Potato skin. Just the skin from peeling boiled potatoes or ricing a potato. Is there a second life for the skins?

These are not the potato skins you get from using a spoon to hollow out a potato. I'm talking about the barely millimeter thick skin. Is there a repurpose of the skin or just chuck it in the organic waste? submitted by /u/Contribution_Fancy
